Although he no longer maintains a continuous teaching schedule, Anar Rustamli remains deeply committed to sharing knowledge and creating value. For this reason, he has participated for the second time in the HER IT Journey project, which holds special meaning for him. The initiative is not only an educational program but also a platform for values, opportunity, and empowerment.

The project was initiated by Konul Guliyeva and, with the support of PASHA Holding LLC, has expanded its overall impact. The first sessions took place on March 15–16, bringing together women from Ganja, Karabakh, Nakhchivan, Sheki, Imishli, and other regions. Their motivation to learn and commitment to their goals highlighted the project’s strong social significance. Beyond digital skills, the program supports women’s independence and their ability to create broader societal impact.

Institutional & Public Sector Training

On October 11–12, Anar Rustamli delivered training within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education in Azerbaijan.” The training focused on Marketing Communication Management in Digital Media Tools.

During the sessions, participants were introduced to KPI management in digital channels, GDPR and data protection principles, and the management of content, customer-centric, and citizen-oriented marketing and PR activities across digital platforms.

He was also involved in organizing MeasureCamp Baku, part of a global, open, and free-to-attend analytics unconference series. For the first time in Baku, the event brought together international web analysts, data professionals, and digital marketing experts, hosting sessions in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian.

In addition, as a co-founder of the Azerbaijan Digital Marketing Community (ADMC), he contributed to digital marketing workshops consisting of six sessions, benefiting more than 500+ participants. Anar Rustamli has also renewed his Google Partner status, reaffirming his alignment with international industry standards.
