Why is chaos more daring?
Why does the desire to fix everything weaken a person? After a certain point, one no longer lives with the problem, but with the feeling of the problem. There may not be a real crisis. But there is a concern inside. As if something is not right. And this feeling is hard to bear.

Why does the desire to fix everything weaken a person?
After a point one is no longer with the problem, with a sense of trouble lives There may not be a real crisis. But there is a concern inside. As if something is not right. And this feeling is hard to bear. That's why man starts to make the environment.
A detail. A process. A person.
The desire to fix things is often seen as a responsibility. "I am here", "I am paying attention", "I am not letting go". But this attention becomes a heavy burden after a long time. Because everything feels like it needs your control.
This is especially evident in business. You change one metric, then another. You touch a team member, then reset the process. To be a little better each time. But there is never "good enough". Because the problem is not actually fixable.
The desire to fix everything often from a lack of confidence give birth You don't trust the system. You don't trust time. Sometimes to himself. So you want to keep everything under control. Because control gives a sense of security. But this feeling is fake. It takes a lot of energy and gives little comfort.
And the most difficult feeling is this: the desire to fix keeps you tied to the "now". This moment. This is the problem. This is wrong. This delay. The long-term vision is slowly narrowing. Everything seems urgent. However, not everything is urgent in life and business.
Sometimes something needs to be left untouched in order for it to be fixed. This idea seems strange to many. Because inaction is read as weakness. But actually this is to know one's place. Where you have influence, where you don't.
When a person tries to fix things, he puts himself in the center. Not if I don't. If I don't watch it, it will fall apart. This thought gives a person a feeling of strength for a while. Then he leaves alone. Because it is impossible to carry everything.
Real power begins when you stop trying to fix things. You are no longer behind every detail. You do not take responsibility for every mistake. You follow the flow.
When to intervene, when to just watch – you choose unconsciously in the flow.
This is not a weak person, sustainable does.
At some point you realize that some things are not your business. Some processes follow their own rhythm. Some people change only through their experience. The sooner you understand, the less tired you will be.
The desire to fix everything is debilitating because it won't let you go. Letting go is dangerous. But it's also liberating.
And sometimes the biggest change is that you stop trying to change things.
